I was really hoping for a pleasant stay, especially given its close proximity to Times Square, but the experience was just mediocre. The staff at the reception didn’t impress, and the room we had was much smaller than expected. We did enjoy a decent breakfast in the mornings, but overall, the hotel felt outdated and lacked the quality I would have wanted for the price we paid.
